Weizmann Board recommends 5% dividend

Weizmann Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 5% on equity shares of Rs 10/- each, for the financial year 2006-2007, subject to approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting.
