Paradyne Infotech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007, to recommend Final Dividend (if any) on equity shares of the Company.
