Kwality Ltd approves conversion of 5181347 warrants

The Board of Directors of Kwality Ltd at its meeting held on March 12, 2016, has discussed and approved the conversion of 51,81,347 warrants (issued at a price of Rs. 48.25/-) into equal numbers of equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each allotted to Ms. Sonika Gupta under Section 42 and 62 (1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Regulations) 2009 alongwith with other items placed on the agenda of the meeting.

Shares of Kwality Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.105.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 105.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 323053 in over 3358 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 107.55 and intraday low of 104. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 34205828.
