Almondz Global Board recommends 15% dividend

Almondz Global Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its held on August 16, 2007, inter alia, has decided to recommend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, at the forthcoming 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM), payment of dividend @ 15% on equity shares of Rs 6/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2007. The dividend will be tax free in the hands of the shareholders, but shall be subject to tax thereon payable by the Company.
