Ruchi Soya Board to consider dividend

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve annual accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To fix the date, time and venue of 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
