With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Railways, RIL plan JV for connecting Rewas SEZ", Jai Corp Ltd has clarified that, Rewas Ports Ltd has not been promoted by the Company and the Company has made a strategic investments in Rewas Ports Ltd constituting slightly more than 10% of the paid-up capital of Rewas Ports Ltd. Shri. Anand Jain is not a Director of the Company and holds less than 2% of the paid-up capital of the Company.
The stock was trading at Rs.6460, up by Rs.307.60 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6460 and low of Rs.5925. The total traded quantity was 9312 compared to 2 week average of 15054.
