Akar Tools Board recommends 15% dividend

Akar Tools Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 1.50 per Equity Shares (i.e. @ 15%) for the F.Y. 2006-07.

The stock was trading at Rs.39, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.65 and low of Rs.36.10. The total traded quantity was 4382 compared to 2 week average of 26127.
