Milestone Organics approves merger with Bodal Chemicals

Milestone Organics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2007, has decided transacted the following:

Bodal Chemicals Ltd (BCL) will allot / issue 1 Equity share of Rs 10/- each credited as fully paid-up for every 100 instead of 75 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up held by the members of the Company under the scheme of amalgamation of the Company with BCL.
