Helios & Matheson declares 15% final dividend

With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 14, 2007 regarding the Board at its meeting held on August 14, 2007, had recommended dividend of 15%, Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd has announced that this dividend is the "final dividend" in addition to the special interim dividend of 20% that was paid out earlier in May 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.130, down by Rs.2.20 or 1.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.130.80 and low of Rs.125.05. The total traded quantity was 14066 compared to 2 week average of 46493.
