Parsvnath Developers to raise short-term funds of Rs.300 Crores

Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2007 has approved the raising of short-term funds by way of issue of Non-convertible Debentures / Bonds on Private Placement basis for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 300 Crores with a tenure of less than 365 days.

The stock closed the day at Rs.330.75, up by Rs.1.70 or 0.52%. The total traded quantity was 185011 compared to 2 week average of 369664. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.335.80 and low of Rs.327.
