Shiva Suitings approves scheme of amalgamation of Shrijee Cotton Mills

Shiva Suitings Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2007, has decided to change the Appointed Date from April 01, 2006 to April 01, 2007 with regard to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shrijee Cotton Mills Ltd with the company.

Further the Company has informed that, the meeting of the Board of Directors in their meeting held on April 30, 2007 had approved the Appointed Date as April 01, 2007.
