Rosekamal Textiles Board to recommend dividend

Rosekamal Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 23, 2007, inter alia, to review, approve and sign the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007, before handing them over to the Auditors' for their signature thereon and to consider recommendation of dividend for the year 2006-07.
