Info Drive Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 23, 2007, to consider convening of an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on September 19, 2007 immediately after the AGM convened to consider passing of a Resolution for acquisition of 100% Shares in M/s. Bhari Information Technology SDN. BHD., Malaysia either for a consideration in cash or by way of swap of Shares of the Company, India and / or for both.
