Indrayani Biotech Board aaproves scheme of arrangement

Indrayani Biotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2007, has approved a Scheme of Arrangement proposed between the Company and its Members and Creditors and Websource Technologies Ltd and its Members and Creditors, as place before the Board, for being submitted to the stock exchange and on obtaining their approval for being processed.

The stock was trading at Rs.4.94, up by Rs.0.23 or 4.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.94 and low of Rs.4.60. The total traded quantity was 11620 compared to 2 week average of 14232.
