Euro Ceramics Board to discuss expansion plan

Euro Ceramics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 18, 2007, inter alia, to review the expansion plan / programme of the Company and to raise funds for the same by issue of appropriate securities or instruments.

The stock was trading at Rs.154.25, down by Rs.3.05 or 1.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.159 and low of Rs.154. The total traded quantity was 29259 compared to 2 week average of 89801.
