Ganesh Benzoplast fixes Record Date for Reduction of Capital

Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd has announced that August 29, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of reduction in the Capital.

Further the Company has informed that, the face value of Rs 10 has being reduce to Re 1. Thus the number of shares will be remain same.

The stock was trading at Rs.15.75, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34096 and low of Rs.70839. The total traded quantity was 34096 compared to 2 week average of 70839.
