Gupta Synthetics Board to consider dividend

Gupta Synthetics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider for approval of audited financial accounts & for consideration of dividend for the year 2006-07.

The stock was trading at Rs.55.45, up by Rs.1.15 or 2.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56.25 and low of Rs.54.50. The total traded quantity was 7111 compared to 2 week average of 12806.
