Pioneer Investcorp Board to consider final dividend

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the followings:

1. To Call the Twenty second Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. To approve the audited accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

3. To consider recommendation of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
