Milestone Organics Board to consider merger with Bodal Chemicals

Milestone Organics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2007, inter alia, to revise exchange ratio under the scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Bodal Chemicals Ltd.
