Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that M/s. Suryajyoti Infotech Ltd., Secunderabad, wherein the Company's Executive Director Mr. Arun Kumar Agarwal is a Director, has informed to the Company that they have acquired 31,000 equity shares of the Company on August 01, 2007 through open purchases in the Stock Market for a value of Rs 22,30,330/- at an average price of Rs 71.94 per equity share.

M/s. Suryajyoti Infotech Ltd now holds 1,93,200 equity shares of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.69.15, down by Rs.2.50 or 3.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.74.50 and low of Rs.69.15. The total traded quantity was 36856 compared to 2 week average of 95253.
