Visaka Industries to consider sale of "Garment Unit"

Visaka Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal of Sale / Disposal of the "Garment Unit" of the Company, together with land.

The stock closed the day at Rs.86, up by Rs.2.45 or 2.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.86.95 and low of Rs.83.15. The total traded quantity was 7174 compared to 2 week average of 5684.
