Nicco Corporation Ltd fixes October 9 as record date for re-organisation in share capital

Nicco Corporation Ltd has announced that October 09, 2006 has been fixed as the "Record Date" for the purpose of Scheme of Arrangement for Re-organisation of Share Capital of Nicco Corporation Ltd. sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court. The Company has furter informed that, in terms of the said scheme of arrangement, the total number of issued and subscribed Equity Shares in the Company would remain the same but the face value of each share would stand reduced to Rs. 2/- each as on the said record date.
