Bayer Diagnostics to Change name of the Company as "Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics"

Bayer Diagnostics India Ltd has announced that the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on August 02, 2007, has issued a fresh certificate of incorporation to the Company in the name of 'Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics Ltd'. With this, the name of 'Bayer Diagnostics India Ltd' has been changed to 'Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics Ltd' with effect from August 02, 2007.
