PC Jeweller Ltd to increase foreign investment limit under PIS - FII/RFPIs to 49%

The Reserve Bank of India has informed PC Jeweller Ltd vide its letter dated January 28, 2016 that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIls) / Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) can now invest up to 49 per cent of the paid up capital of M/s PC Jeweller Limited under the Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS).

Shares of PC JEWELLER LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.421 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 416.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9399 in over 796 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 423.15 and intraday low of 414.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3945636.
