Classic Diamonds India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 10, 2007 to September 17, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 17, 2007.
