Andhra Sugars Board recommends 60% dividend

Andhra Sugars Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 60% on Equity Shares of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2007 for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 60th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 29, 2007.
