IIT Corporate Services ceases to be subsidiary of Industrial Investment Trust Ltd

Industrial Investment Trust Ltd has announced that the holding Company "Industrial Investment Trust Ltd" has divested its holding in its wholly owned subsidiary, "IIT Corporate Services Ltd". Therefore "IIT Corporate Services Ltd" ceases to be the subsidiary of the "Industrial Investment Trust Ltd" w.e.f. August 01, 2007.
