Sujana Metal Products Ltd allots 99560000 shares

The Management Committee of Board of Directors of Sujana Metal Products Ltd at their meeting held on January 19, 2016 approved the issue and allotment of 9,95,60,000 equity shares of Rs.5/- each at par on preferential basis to M/s. Yalamanchili Finance and Trading Private Limited in compliance with the terms and conditions of CDR package.
