National Oxygen Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Jan 23, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors of National Oxygen Ltd is scheduled to be held on January 23, 2016, to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.

The Board will consider and approve New Listing Agreement to be entered with the Stock Exchange in terms the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

The Board will consider and approve the draft policies in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

Further, in view of the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from opening hours of January 21, 2016 to the closing hours of February 05, 2016 (both days inclusive).

Shares of NATIONAL OXYGEN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.47.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 163 in over 17 trades.
