Kennametal India fixes Book Closure for AGM

Kennametal India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from October 23, 2007 to October 26, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on October 26, 2007.
