Fem Care fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Fem Care Pharma Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 26, 2007 to September 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend at Rs 7.00 per share & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company to be held on September 28, 2007.
