Future Market Networks Ltd approves allotment of 316750 Shares under FMNL ESOS 2012

The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Future Market Networks Ltd at its meeting held on December 11, 2015 has allotted 3,16,750 shares of Rs. 10/- each arising out of the exercise of stock options, granted to the option grantees of the Company under Future Market Networks Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2012.

With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company is Rs. 56,17,11,560/- (Rupees Fifty Six Crores Seventeen Lacs Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Only) divided into 56171156 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of FUTURE MARKET NETWORKS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.33.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35445 in over 156 trades.
