Compucom Software Board recommends stock split & dividend

Compucom Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has discussed & approved the following:

1. Recommended a Final dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs 1.50/- per share, subject to the approval of the shareholders. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of 15% paid in January 2007.

2. Decided for sub-division of existing one Equity Shares of Rs 10/- into five Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each, subject to the approval of members.
