Todays Writing enters into MoU for Water Project Joint Venture with Holland Company

Todays Writing Products Ltd has announced that the Company has entered in to an in-Principle MOU with Holland Mineral Water Machinery BV of Netherlands for a joint venture in the area of recycling and water purification and in particular manufacture and sale of bottled mineralized water through the process of desalination and purification of sea water. Salt, the resultant by product is expected to he sold in the market.

The detailed report on the project and the implementation schedule etc are being drawn up and once they are finalised the same shall be intimated.

The stock closed the day at Rs.54.50, down by Rs.0.20 or 0.37%. The total traded quantity was 7303 compared to 2 week average of 5111. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56 and low of Rs.53.30.
