JCT fixes Book Closure for AGM

JCT Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2007 to September 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, no dividend on equity and preference shares have been recommended.
