Nucleus Software Exports Ltd appoints Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd vide resolution passed at the Board meeting held on September 28, 2015, have appointed Mr. Ashish Nanda as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, a Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules.

The appointment of Mr. Ashish Nanda as the Chief Financial Officer was recommended by the Audit Committee members in their respective meeting held on September 28, 2015.

Shares of NUCLEUS SOFTWARE EXPORTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.235.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 237.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13994 in over 349 trades.
