Time for kids to turn Master Chefs with Vadilal Ice-Creams' 'Freeze the Moment Season-5'

Vadilal Industries Limited, one of India's largest ice cream producers, is back with its one- of-a-kind "Freeze the Moment" contest for kids aged between 5-14 years. In its fifth season now, the contest 'Kaun Banega Vadilal Master Chef' is inviting kids to come up with unique recipes using Vadilal ice-creams. Kids need to send their picture along with the recipe. Last date for submitting entries is October 15, 2015 and winners of the contest will win attractive prizes.

Commenting on the campaign, Mr. Devanshu Gandhi, Managing Director of Vadilal Industries Ltd. said, "Freeze the Moment campaign, one of our most unique consumer-outreach initiatives, has enabled us to create and maintain a direct and personal connection with our customers. This most eagerly awaited event engages with kids in the age group of 5-14 years. This year, we are inviting the pint-sized chefs to create exciting recipes using Vadilal ice-creams. Winners of the contest will get exciting prizes and also get a chance to feature in our Annual calendar along with their recipe".

To participate in this year's "Freeze the Moment" contest, kids in the age group of 5-14 years will have to create recipes using Vadilal ice-creams and send the recipes (in not more than 300 words) along with their picture to vadilalicecreams@gmail.com. The entries can also be submitted on company website at http://www.vadilalicecreams.com/promotions or at Vadilal House office in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.

Vadilal Industries Ltd constantly strives to engage kids through its various marketing campaigns. Over last few years Vadilal has selected over 70 kids as the winners of the contest and featured them on the company's calendar. A few winners have also won a chance to be featured in Vadilal's Ice Trooper advertisements in print, outdoor media, as well as TV.

The successful 'Freeze the Moment' contest rounds off a year of novel marketing activities for Vadilal. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 583.75 and intraday low of 570. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6937723.
