Veljan Denison Limited appoints Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors of Veljan Denison Ltd at its meeting held on June 12, 2015 has appointed Mr. K. HarisChandra Prasad as Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from August 27, 2015 under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Amendment Rules, 2014.
