ING Vysya Bank Q1 net profit up at Rs.25.32 Crores

ING Vysya Bank Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

The Bank has posted a net profit of Rs 253.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 147.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 3512.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 to Rs 4863.80 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

The company has reported an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Rs.2.79 for the Quarter ending June 30, 2007 compared to Rs.1.63 for Quarter ending June 30, 2006.

The stock closed the day at Rs.263.30, up by Rs.9.45 or 3.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.264.50 and low of Rs.255. The total traded quantity was 17120 compared to 2 week average of 17727.
