MRF Board declares interim dividend of Rs.3

MRF Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2007, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs 3/- per equity share (30%) for the year ending September 30, 2007.
