Thomas Cook to announce H1 results by Aug 31, 2007

Thomas Cook India Ltd has announced that the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company have decided that, due to the uncoming Rights Issue planned by the Company, the Company shall instead consider and publish the Audited Financial Results for the Second quarter and Half-Year Ended June 30, 2007 within the stipulated period of 2 months from the end of the half year (i.e. on or before August 31, 2007).

In view of this, no unaudited financial results will be taken on record and published for the second quarter and half-year ending June 30, 2007.
