Industrial Investment to divest holdings in subsidiaries

Industrial Investment Trust Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2007, inter alia, has decided to disinvest the Company’s holding in its wholly subsidiaries, IIT Investrust Ltd and IIT Corporate Services Ltd subject to the necessary approval of the regulatory authorities.
