Pantaloon Retail to announce FY 07 results by Sep 30, 2007

Pantaloon Retail India Ltd has announced that the Company will be declaring the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on June 30, 2007 on or before September 30, 2007.

Due to this reason the Company is not declaring the Unaudited Financial Results for the fourth & quarter ended June 30, 2007.
