Vedant Hotels recommends 8% dividend on preference shares

Vedant Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ 8 paise per share of Re 1/- each (i.e. 8%) on the Preference shares.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has not recommended any dividend on the Equity shares of the Company.
