Deccan Aviation Updates on Open Offer

Edelweiss Capital Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Kingfisher Radio Ltd (Acquirer) along with United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd & UB Overseas Ltd (Persons Acting in Concerts ("PACs") has announced in continuation of Open Offer made to the shareholders of Deccan Aviation Ltd ("Target Company"). The Shareholders of the Target Company are requested to note the Following:

Observations in terms of Regulation 18(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations are yet to be received from SEBI and are awaited. In view of the same, the schedule of activities announced earlier shall be required to be revised. The revised schedule of activities will be announced shortly upon receipt of observations from SEBI.
