Smruthi Organics Board to recommend dividend

Smruthi Organics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and adopt the Audited Statements of Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and approve the notice of Annual General Meeting, Draft Directors Reports, Corporate Governance Report, etc.

3. To recommend payment of equity dividend.

4. To consider the book closure and approve the notice conveyening the Annual General Meeting.

5. To take on record the unaudited quarterly accounts of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
