With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "M&M seeks to buy Lokesh Machines", Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M) has clarified that the Report is speculative and the Company is not in a position to confirm or deny the veracity of the Report given its policy of not commenting on speculative Reports.
