Anuh Pharma Ltd Board to consider Bonus Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Anuh Pharma Ltd will be held on June 12, 2015, to discuss and decide the proposal to consider issue of Bonus Shares, if any.

The Board will consider the day, date and place of 55th Annual General Meeting of the Company and also consider the Book-Closure dates.

Further, with reference to the above, the Company has informed that as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and others covered under the said Code from June 04, 2015 till June 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
