PBM Polytex Board to recommend dividend

PBM Polytex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, to transact the following business:

1. To approve the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider to recommend payment of Dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To take on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
