Pondy Oxides Board recommends 12% dividend

Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2007 has recommended 12% dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 for the amount paid-up on the equity shares.
